Bedding crib sets designer
Last month was really busy for all of us. We were looking for a new employee of our company. We had decided a long time before that we needed a designer of bedding crib sets. These sets are what sells best so we have to make sure that we sell good quality stuff. I was delegated the task of finding a designer. I placed an advertisement on several job search engines. Lots of CVs and cover letters appeared in my email box the next morning. Some candidates did not have any experience in the field. I had to exclude them at the very beginning. We needed a person who would be able to work independently and did not need basic training. There were also CVs sent by people who had some experience as clothes designers. Some of them had been working for sports companies, others just designed wedding dresses or school uniforms. I chose five candidates among those people and I invited them to a job interview. I finally chose the girl who is working for us now. She had never designed baby bedding sets before she started working for us but she sent me some photos of the projects that she had made for a big sports company. I liked her simple style at once. I am really happy with this choice. Kate is a person who cares for details and always meets deadlines.
